Year-end K-pop awards 2026: which ones are in Korea
MAMA is reported to be in Osaka this year. Which year-end K-pop award shows and music festivals take place in Korea, with dates and venues as reported.

Where the big year-end K-pop award shows are held changes every year, and in 2026 several are abroad, so being in Korea in December does not mean you can see them. Below are the dates and venues we found in news reports. Confirm with each organiser's own announcement.
Held in Korea (as reported)
- MMA (Melon Music Awards): 14–15 November, Gocheok Sky Dome, Seoul. Reported to be the first two-day edition.
- SBS Gayo Daejeon: 24–25 December, KINTEX, Goyang (Gyeonggi).
Held abroad (as reported)
- MAMA AWARDS: 20–21 November, Kyocera Dome Osaka, Japan.
- AAA: 5–6 December, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. General sale reported sold out.
- Golden Disc Awards: 9–10 January 2027, Hanoi, Vietnam.
We could not find dates for the KBS and MBC year-end shows at the time of writing.

- K-ETA rules depend on your nationality and change; check the official K-ETA site before you fly.
- Hotels fill early over the holidays. Staying one direct subway ride from the venue can be easier than staying next to it.
